AAA spokesman: gas prices may start to decline this weekend

NORFOLK - Finally – some positive news on gas prices.  Nebraska Triple-A spokesman Rose White tells us replacement supplies are headed to the Midwest from the Gulf region, and we should see pump prices trickle lower soon.  White says prices could begin to trickle lower as early as this weekend, starting to bring Midwest prices more in line with the national average. At this time, the national average for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline is $3.65, while the Nebraska average is $4.06. In Norfolk, a gallon of regular gasoline is priced at $4.09.9.
