Democratic Senate Candidate Hits Campaign Trail Early Wednesday Morning

NORFOLK - During the Republican primary campaign, the candidates tended to agree on major issues. But now that the primary is over, voters will be hearing about differences between the Republican and Democratic candidates. Dave Domina, the Democrat in the Senate race, held a rally in Norfolk this morning. He says his position on the Keystone XL pipeline is the polar opposite of Republican Senate nominee Ben Sasse. Domina says voters will find that he also differs from Sasse on his approach to Social Security and trade issues. He says he doesn’t favor government interference in business, but he does support regulation to keep the marketplace fair and open.
