Law enforcement memorial ceremony planned

NORFOLK - May 12-18 is National Police Week and the Nebraska State Patrol begins the observance with a memorial ceremoy Monday at Prospect Hill Cemetery on North 13trh Street in Norfolk.  State Patrol Troop B Capt.  Paul Hattan says it's a time to reflect on the dedication of all law enforcement professionals, past and present.  The ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. Mondayat Prospect HIll Cemetery and will include representatives from the Nebraska State Patrol, Norfolk Police Division and Madison County Sheriff's Department.  That will be followed by a luncheon at the Norfolk Rescue Mission at 111 N. 9th Street.  Capt. Hattan says observances are also lanned for Monday in Valentine and Decatur
