Living Last Supper Thursday

NORFOLK - In a Holy Week tradition that dates back nearly 20 years, the men of Norfolk’s United Methodist Church have performed “The Living Last Supper.”  This year’s presentation is scheduled for tomorrow Thursday night at the Johnny Carson Theatre.  Curtis Miller, who plays Jesus, says the set, performers and lighting, bring to life, Leonardo da Vinci’s famous painting. Festivities begin at 6:45 with music from the Methodist Church’s bell and vocal choirs, followed by the performance at 7:00.  It’s free and open to the public, but there will be a free-will offering.
