Norfolk Public Library to Offer Beginning Computer Classes

NORFOLK - Computers are a regular every-day part of life for most of us, but some folks the devices are still a mystery.  However, there’s no need to be confused or intimidated.  The Norfolk Public Library is offering beginning computer classes this winter.  The library’s reference supervisor Judy Hilkemann says library patrons have asked for the classes and instructors from Northeast Community College have given of their time to teach them.  She says if you received a computer for Christmas and don't know the first thing about it, this is the class for you.  Library officials are offering the free course on three separate Thursday nights: January 16th, February 20th and March 20th.  Each class runs from 6 to 9 and the subject matter will be the same each night.  There is a limit of 10 people per class.  To register, you can stop by the library or give them call (402) 844-2100.
