Outgoing President Milliken Proud of Accomplishments at U of N

LINCOLN - University of Nebraska President J-B Milliken says he's proud of the steps the four-campus university system has made in the ten years he has been here.  Milliken leaves soon to become the new chancellor of the City University of New York - the country's largest public university system.  One of his proudest achievements is the creation of the Water for Food Institute.  Milliken says he hopes that the university system has become one that cares about what Nebraskans think.  A search for his replacement is underway.
