Presentation on Brain Fog to be Held at Faith Regional

NORFOLK - Those who have battled cancer know all about “Chemo Brain.”  That’s when people who suffer from the disease often have trouble remembering things or take longer to recall names, places or facts.  Faith Regional health Services is hosting a presentation on Cancer-Related Brain Fog.  Cancer Certified Speech Language Pathologist Angela Kruid says brain fog is not related specifically to chemotherapy, but to the cancer itself.  The presentation focuses on effective treatment strategies and how to get a physician’s referral.  It’s scheduled for Faith Regional Health Services, Wednesday, February 5th from noon to 1.  It’s free, but pre-registration is required.  You can do so by calling (402) 644-7347.
