The New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners filed an order of reprimand against Dr. Michael Gross on Feb. 13 for his conduct at his Active Center for Health & Wellness. Rodriguez is one of more than a dozen players under investigation by Major League Baseball for alleged ties to a Florida clinic accused of distributing performance-enhancing drugs. Rodriguez has reported back to the New York Yankees' minor league complex, three days after he was diagnosed with a strained left quadriceps on the final day of his injury rehabilitation assignment. He says he feels great.

Officials at Faith Regional Health Services are warning of some suspicious telephone bill collection calls. Several people informed hospital officials Tuesday that they'd received calls in which the caller posed as a representative from Faith Regional and informed them of bills that needed to be paid immediately. The callers asked for personal information and credit card numbers. Faith Regional officials say none of the individuals contacted had outstanding bills with the hospital. Faith Regional's Financial Officer John Wilker says anyone who receives a questionable phone call from someone claiming to represent the hospital and requesting immediate payment should call the Business Office at (402) 644-7145.
