Luthearn High Northeast names new boys basketball coach

Lutheran High Northeast has named Norfolk Catholic assistant coach Josh Clark as head boys basketball coach.  Clark was an assistant under Knights coach Shane Anderson since 2008-2009.  During that span, Norfolk Catholic recorded a 100-28 record and a state championship in 2010-2011.  Clark replaces Greg Rathke as head coach who just completed his 13th year.  Last year's Lutheran High Northeast squad finished 21-6 and lost in the opening round of the State Tournament to eventual state champion Southern Valley.  The coaching change is the third in the last month for the Eagles as girls basketball coach Shannon Pospisil resigned and was replaced by Darin Suckstorf.  The school had also announced that wrestling coach Henry Aschoff resigned and former Lutheran High Northeast wrestler Jesse Peters accepted the coaching position.
