Temperature Record Set in Norfolk

NORFOLK - A new high temperature record for May 14th has been set in Norfolk – and the temperature could climb even higher before the day is over.  Just before noon, the temperature at the Norfolk Regional Airport hit 100 degrees. That’s four degrees above the old record of 96, set in 1915 and tied in 1941. The forecast does call for cooler weather tomorrow, with highs in the mid-70s and lows near 55.
